Work with me
Experience to think together. Clarity to act.
Every leader and every organization lives a different context. My work starts by understanding the decisions at stake, the people involved and what needs to change. From there, we define the format of the conversation or the project.
Mentoring for leaders
Mentoring is a space to examine real leadership choices. We can talk about career transitions, team management, culture, communication and decisions that call for an outside perspective. I bring questions, experiences and counterpoints. The goal is to help leaders build their own judgment and turn reflection into action.
Who it is for: Executives and leaders who want to broaden their view of their role and their next steps.
Tell me about your leadership momentConsulting for organizations
Strategy only comes to life when people are able to put it into practice. I work with organizations that want to discuss leadership, culture, customer experience and transformation, starting from concrete challenges. The scope is defined together, according to the context and the decisions the project needs to support.
Who it is for: Companies and leadership, HR or People teams looking for an executive perspective on people and business.
Board and strategic advisory
In board conversations, I contribute management experience gained across different markets and functions. I bring attention to the relationships between strategy, culture, customers and people, to help examine risks, opportunities and long-term choices. The form of participation should be defined according to the needs and structure of the organization.
Who it is for: Organizations looking for an outside perspective on strategic discussions.
